to report a user or content, email us at [email protected] — include the @handle so we can find them quickly. we take abuse, impersonation, and infringement seriously and can suspend accounts that break the terms.

how do invites work?
slipcue works in twos. send someone your invite code or link, or find them by @handle. every song you send to someone who isn't on slipcue yet is itself an invite — they tap it, the song opens, and they can join.
can I turn off receipts?
yes. flip read-receipts off in the app and your opens and listens stop being reported to anyone. green only ever means a real listen — turning receipts off just means you're not sending them.
how do I export or delete my data?
in the app, under your account: "export my data" gives you a JSON copy of everything we hold, and "delete my account" removes you. see the privacy page for exactly what deletion does.
which music apps work?
Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer and Amazon Music. a song opens in whichever one the person receiving it uses — they don't have to switch to yours.
