report a user or a song
to report someone, or a song they sent you, email us at [email protected] — include the @handle so we can find them quickly. we take abuse, impersonation, and infringement seriously and can suspend accounts that break the terms.

how do invites work?
send someone your invite code or link, or add them by @handle. you can also just send them a song: one sent to someone who isn't on slipcue yet is an invite in itself — they tap it, the song opens in their music app, and they can join from there.
can I turn off opened and listened?
yes. flip read-receipts off in the app and your opens and listens stop being reported to anyone.
how do I export or delete my data?
in the app, under your account: "export my data" gives you a JSON copy of everything we hold, and "delete my account" removes you. see the privacy page for exactly what deletion does.
can I keep a mixtape as a playlist?
on apple music and tidal, yes — when a mixtape is revealed, "keep this volume" makes it a private playlist in your library. spotify only lets apps you create yourself write playlists, so that one is an advanced path the app walks you through. on youtube music, deezer and amazon music we can't make a playlist, so you get the tracklist link instead — it opens every song in whichever app you use.
which music apps work?
apple music, spotify, youtube music, tidal, deezer and amazon music. a song opens in whichever one the person receiving it uses — they don't have to switch to yours.
